My name is Tina Schmidt, and with my husband Keith, we became the proud owners of The Elegant Farmer in January 2023. Shortly after that time, Keith and I knew we wanted to embark on a new venture driven by our passion for wine and a desire to share our experiences with others. In July 2023, The Elegant Cork opened to the public.  

Our journey into the world of wine began on our 30th anniversary when we embarked on a memorable trip to Napa Valley, California. The warm hospitality and welcoming nature of the people we encountered was remarkable! It was then we realized we wanted to create a space that captured the essence of that unforgettable experience.
